Giving back

Sustainability and social responsibility are at the heart of Tarafo Bay. We will have the smallest impact on the environment as is practically possible, preserving and promoting the native flora and fauna. All our buildings will be low carbon and the entire development carbon neutral. The resort will also generate all its own electricity and water using solar panels, sharing any excess with the island.

And we have launched the Boa Vista Trust, to work with and empower local people through good employment, improved health provision, housing, infrastructure, education and business opportunities.
